Using legal insurance to help resolve employment disputes
Our Employment Team in conjunction with the Legal Education Foundation through the Justice First Fellowship are running a pilot project to fund employment cases using legal expenses insurance.
The aim of the project is to improve access to justice for clients that cannot afford the costs of bringing a claim in the Employment Tribunal but have legal expenses cover.
