How can we help?

We provide specialist advice, casework and representation in all the above situations. From NHS primary care and GP services to care and support from the local authority; from disability rights to assistance for carers with care and support.

If you, or people you care for, have difficulty accessing these services, we can advise you on how to take the first steps to obtain the help you need. This may be to help find your way around the health and social care system, or question a decision you think is wrong.

As we also act for people on welfare benefits, housing, debt and mental health issues, we can help to disentangle complicated problems that often involve many of these areas, and help you clarify your rights and how to protect them.

Who can we help?

All casework is subject to both means and merits tests and to the current capacity of the team.
We can provide casework for people living in Bristol and South Gloucestershire as well as across the South West of England.
