What to bring with you for Immigration Advice
Please bring with you what you have of the following papers when you visit the Law Centre for Immigration Advice:
Evidence of your (and your partner's) income
- last 3 month's payslips
- recent letters about any benefits you and your partner receive
- recent letters about any tax credits you and your partner receive
- recent letters about any pension and/or pension credit you or your partner receive
- recent bank statements
- passports or travel documents
- documents showing immigration status
- Tribunals Service – Immigration and Asylum Chamber letters
- letters from the Home Office/UK Border Agency
- letters from UK Visas
- papers from your previous solicitors (if applies)
- any other relevant documents or letters
If you cannot provide evidence of income you may still be able to get advice from the Law Centre.
