What to bring with you for Employment Advice
Please bring with you what you have of the following papers when you visit the Law Centre for Employment Advice:
Evidence of your (and your partner's) income
- last 3 month's payslips
- recent letters about any benefits you and your partner receive
- recent letters about any tax credits you and your partner receive
- recent letters about any pension and/or pension credit you or your partner receive
- recent bank statements
- contract of employment
- employee handbook
- payslips, P60
- letters from employer
- Employment Tribunal letters
- any other relevant documents or letters
If you cannot provide evidence of income you may still be able to get advice from the Law Centre.
